Large Language Model Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design planning and tool-use agents for long-horizon robotics tasks
  • Train/finetune LLM/VLM models (supervised, LoRA/PEFT, RLHF/DPO)
  • Build evaluation suites and datasets for embodied reasoning
  • Productionize inference pipelines with reliability and observability
  • Collaborate with controls/perception to ship on-robot features

Minimum qualifications

  • MS/PhD in CS/EE/Robotics or equivalent experience
  • Strong Python and deep learning experience (PyTorch/JAX)
  • Hands-on with LLM finetuning and prompt/tool-use design
  • Solid software engineering: testing, code quality, reproducibility

Preferred qualifications
