Large Language Model Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design planning and tool-use agents for long-horizon robotics tasks
- Train/finetune LLM/VLM models (supervised, LoRA/PEFT, RLHF/DPO)
- Build evaluation suites and datasets for embodied reasoning
- Productionize inference pipelines with reliability and observability
- Collaborate with controls/perception to ship on-robot features
Minimum qualifications
- MS/PhD in CS/EE/Robotics or equivalent experience
- Strong Python and deep learning experience (PyTorch/JAX)
- Hands-on with LLM finetuning and prompt/tool-use design
- Solid software engineering: testing, code quality, reproducibility
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with robotics datasets and embodied evaluations
- Multimodal VLMs, retrieval/agents, memory systems

Control Algorithms Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop model-based and learning-based controllers (MPC/LQR/RL)
- Motion planning and trajectory optimization for manipulation
- System identification, calibration, and sim-to-real transfer
- Safety engineering and monitoring for real-robot deployment

Minimum qualifications
- MS/PhD in Robotics/Controls/ME/EE or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in C++ and Python; solid grasp of dynamics/kinematics

- Integrate tactile, depth, and high-speed vision sensors
- Design calibration rigs, synchronize and timestamp multi-sensor data
- Develop sensor drivers, capture pipelines, and QA tooling
- Own reliability and throughput for long-running data collection

Robotics Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ROS2 stacks (nodes, lifecycles, launch, diagnostics)
- Design services/interfaces to integrate perception and control modules
- Package and deploy models/services to edge devices (Jetson/x86)
- Containerize workloads and set up CI/CD for on-robot software
- Implement observability: logging, metrics, tracing, remote debugging
Minimum qualifications

Responsibilities
- Prototype algorithms and run experiments on robot platforms
- Own a scoped research problem and present results
- Publish-quality engineering: clean code, docs, and benchmarks
Minimum qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS/PhD in relevant field
- Strong programming (Python/C++) and fundamentals in chosen track
- Commit to 3–6 months, 3+ days per week on site in Hangzhou
